Dr. Muhammad Shahin Miah, PhD, CPA, Associate Professor of Accounting, Department of International Business, University of Dhaka has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Board on December 18, 2022 in compliance with Corporate Governance Code. He has about 11 years of experience in teaching profession. He has obtained his PhD from Massey University - New Zealand and CPA from Australia. As a student, teacher and researcher, he has vast knowledge on Accounting, Finance, Economics and business arena of the country and the world.
