Mr. Mohammad Mashiur Rahman, Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, was appointed to the Board of Directors as an Independent Director on 21 January 2026 in compliance with the Corporate Governance Code 2018 issued by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Rahman is a distinguished legal professional with over sixteen (16) years of extensive experience in legal practice, encompassing corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. He obtained his LL.B (Honours) degree from Northumbria University, United Kingdom, and subsequently completed his LL.M from Northern University Bangladesh. He is an enrolled member of the Dhaka Bar Association and the Supreme Court Bar Association, including the High Court Division and Appellate Division.
